Casa Larga is open on Labor Day from 10:00 – 4:00pm. 

Public Tours at 1:00 and 3:00.  Last minute wine needs will be met with a smile. Plus with any three bottle purchase and you will receive a coupon that can be redeemed for 10% off your holiday label order. Every working man or woman needs a little wallet relief every now and then.

Worldly Approach to Wine - Wines of South Africa - Guest Speaker Holly Howell
Constantia was knows as one of the greatest wines in the world. Come learn why. Dinner, dessert and complimentary Riedel wine glass.

Menu features:
Samosas – A vegetarian pastry pocket filled with a savory filling. 
                Chef Cass’s filling will contain peas and potatoes. Yum!
Potjioekos – literally translated means “small pot food”. This is a stew that is traditionally prepared outdoors in a round cast iron three legged pot typically found in South Africa.  The recipe includes meat, vegetables and starch, usually a rice or potatoes.  Chef Cass’s Potjioekos will have coriander, cloves and star anise plus beef, onions and carrots.
Caakiri – a dessert from Western Africa, similar to our modern day rice pudding. 
              Chef Cass will add his special spin using unique African spices.
