Chapel's - Chef Greg and Colleen Broman

With his experience as executive chef at the four-diamond, four-star Strathallan, Greg Broman, along with his wife Colleen, operated Chapel's restaurant from 1986 to 1994, offering French-cuisine and fine dining in downtown Rochester. Chef-Owner Greg Broman expanded his business in 1988 to offer catering to regular patrons. The catering business expanded tremendously over the years, leading to a strong partnership with Casa Larga Vineyards. Chapel's is now the exclusive in-house caterer of Bella Vista at Casa Larga. Both Chef Broman and Colleen continue to incorporate ideals of flawless presentation and meticulous preparation into all events.
