Q: Is a deposit required to secure a specific date?
A: Yes, a deposit of $1500.00 is due to initiate a contract and reserve the date. A second deposit of $1500.00 is due six months prior the the event date.
Q: Can Bella Vista accommodate a ceremony at the wedding reception?
A: Yes. Ceremonies can be held in a variety of locations at our facility depending on the size of your group. We will do the ceremony in addition to the reception. We do not host ceremonies only.
Q What does the $750.00-$1000.00 fee for the ceremony include?
A: The ceremony fee will cover the additional set up, and the time for the rehearsal the day before. You will also get an additional hour of time the day of the event for the ceremony.
Q: Does Bella Vista provide the isle runner for the ceremony?
A: The isle runner is typically provided by your florist.
Q: Can we take wedding photos on the grounds?
A: Yes, if your reception is at Bella Vista you may take pictures near the vineyards. We ask that you be respectful of the vines as we are a full working winery. We reserve this privilege for Brides and Grooms having there receptions at Bella Vista only.
Q: Does Bella Vista offer children’s pricing?
A: Yes, children up to 3 years old are no charge, children 4-10yrs old $5.00 for room and beverage fee. Children’s meals are available starting at $12.95.
Q: Does Bella Vista provide any centerpieces?
A: We do not however, we provide three votive candles per table at no additional fee.
Q: Does Bella Vista provide the linen?
A: Yes, the Linen, China, Glassware and Silverware are provided free of charge. There is a charge for chair covers or specialty linens. We would be happy to make arrangements for you.
Q: Does Bella Vista have any over night accommodations?
A: We do not, but we will provide a referral list at time of contract which lists several local hotels that are located with in a few miles of Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards.
Q: Does Bella Vista have any recommendations for entertainment or other vendors we may need?
A: Yes, we will provide a referral list to you at time of contract. The referral list is a comprehensive list of vendors who have provided consistently great service here at Bella Vista.
Q: Does Bella Vista have any options for favors?
A: Yes, we offer several options for favors, including our customized wine splits. Please visit the Personalized Gifts page for more details.
Q: Can we get in before the event to set up decorations, centerpieces etc?
A: The Bella Vista team will set up your favors, place cards etc. for your event. Your florist, Band and DJ and other vendors may arrive two hour prior to the event time to set up.
Q: Is there an additional fee to for the set up of place cards, favors etc.?
A: We do not charge to set up these basic items.
Q: Does Bella Vista charge a cake cutting fee?
A: You are welcome to bring in your wedding cake from a licensed bakery, or Chapels would be happy to do your cake for you as well. We do not charge a cake cutting fee.
Q: Does Bella Vista have a shuttle service?
A: Casa Larga does not offer a shuttle service however many local hotels will shuttle guests to and from Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards.
Q: Can we bring our own caterer into Bella Vista?
A: Chapel’s is the exclusive caterer of Bella Vista. However, some exceptions are made for specific dietary needs. Please consult an events sales representative for details.
Q: Does Bella Vista serve liquor?
A: We do a wine tasting with all of our Brides and Grooms a couple of months prior to our event. You may choose five Casa Larga wines, four imported and domestic beers and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. We do not offer hard liquor as an option.

Q: What is included in the open bar package?
A: The open bar package includes Casa Larga wines, domestic and imported beers and soft drinks. The appropriate size room is also included in the open bar package. You may also offer your guests a private winery tour to end your event. View our beverage selection page for more details.
Q:When do I have to decide what will be on the menu?
A:The menu for an event must be finalized four weeks prior to your event. The Events Manager will work with you every step of the way finalizing all the required details.
Q:When is the final guest count due?
A:The final guest count is due five (5) business days prior to your event.
