Vineyard Notes:
Vine balance and fruit position are accomplished by hand to ensure proper ripening of the Bordeaux style grapes.
Production Notes:
Harvested and immediately pressed into 1 ton fermentation tanks. Ferments in the skins and punched down twice daily. Racked and placed into barrels.
