Sip & Sushi with Chef Kimberly Roth

Casa Larga and Chef Kimberly Roth, a recent Finalist in HELL’S KITCHEN with Chef Gordon Ramsay, are pairing together to provide you a night filled with sushi, fun and wine/beer on Friday Jan. 19th from 5:30-8:30pm. You will enjoy a beverage of your choice, a pre class platter of sushi offerings to munch on created by Chef Kim, instructions to personally prepare 3 rolls with an abundance of fresh ingredients, plus a take home “Sushi Kit”. Your kit includes a bamboo sushi mat and fancy chopsticks. And don’t worry, this class is a beginner level class, so anyone can enjoy the fun! NOTE: sushi rolls are either seafood or vegetarian.

Cost is $42 per person which includes your first beverage (wine, beer or wine slushie), a pre-class platter of sushi appetizers to munch on, all of your ingredients and instruction, and your take home sushi kit. Get your tickets early because the class holds a maximum of 40 people!

• Thursday and Friday classes: doors open at 5:30, class begins at 6pm.
• Sunday classes: doors open at 2, class begins at 2:30pm

Casa Larga has the right to cancel a scheduled Sip and Series class due to weather, minimum number of reservations not met, Artist illness, or for circumstances beyond our control.  We will make every attempt to re-schedule to another class for those customers who have a pre-paid reservation.
