Join us Sunday, June 11 for our first Sip & Sweat class! Tickets include a glass of wine, wine slushie, or pint of beer after class. The Pure Barre class will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m., followed by a happy hour afterwards. Plus, we’ll also have fun pop-up vendors as well! StretchLab and LUMOS infrared sauna will also be here, providing cold towels and post-workout stretching.
Pure Barre is a full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. Our musically driven group classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body in 50 minutes or less. Weather-permitting, our class will be held overlooking the vineyard!
