We are excited to announce our next Sip & Sweat class – Sip & Yoga with Shine Bright! Grab your friends and enjoy a Gentle Vinyasa class overlooking the Vineyard, followed by a happy hour (or two). This class is perfect for exploring the foundation of Vinyasa, or flow, without the addition of heat. All levels welcome, water will be provided – Bring your mat. Class will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. Your ticket will include one beverage – glass of wine, wine slushie, or pint of beer. The tasting room will be open for charcuterie boards, wine flights, and more! Please note, tickets are non-refundable. We look forward to having you join us!
