Sip & Sushi

Casa Larga Vineyards and Chef Kimberly Roth, a Finalist in HELL’S KITCHEN with Chef Gordon Ramsay, and Back Alley Grill chef/ operator are thrilled to announce the return of our Sip & Sushi classes! Enjoy a night out at your favorite winery, filled with sushi, fun and wine on Wednesday, June 7. You will enjoy a beverage of your choice (wine, beer, or wine slushie), instructions to personally prepare 3 rolls with an abundance of fresh ingredients, plus a take home sushi mat. You will be able to take home your sushi rolls or enjoy them at the winery.

This is a beginner-level class, so everyone is welcome to enjoy the fun! Please note: all sushi rolls will be either seafood or vegetarian. If you have any food allergies or special requests, please call the Casa Larga Wine Shop at (585) 223-4210 x 2 so that we can let Chef Kim know in advance.

Cost is $60 per person which includes your first beverage (wine, beer or wine slushie), all of your ingredients and instruction, and your take home sushi mat. Don’t delay, purchase your tickets today! The class can only hold a maximum of 50 people.

Casa Larga’s Tasting Room will also have charcuterie plates, soft pretzels, and wine flights available for purchase during the class.

Doors open at 5:00 to check-in and get settled, class will begin at 6 p.m. sharp. The class will last approximately one hour.

Casa Larga has the right to cancel a scheduled Sip & Series class due to weather, minimum number of reservations not met, Artist illness, or for circumstances beyond our control.  We will make every attempt to re-schedule to another class for those customers who have a pre-paid reservation. Tickets are non-refundable.
