Celebrate Ice Wine at Casa Larga Vineyards & Winery
Join us on March 6th or 7th as Casa Larga Celebrates Ice Wine at our 2021 Ice Wine & Culinary Experience! For those of you that come to our annual Ice Wine & Culinary festival we have a created a smaller more intimate style event this year due to NYS COVID-19 restrictions. We still love Ice Wine and want to share that experience with you ensuring everyone's safety.
Experience five ice wine inspired and infused courses created by Chef Autumn Geer of RIT Catering & wine pairings with each course including two brand new Ice Wine releases. Our expert panel of speakers & presentations will help guide you through the pairing, the history of ice wine, the culinary preparation and test your taste buds with the Ice vs. Iced Wine challenge!
Due to COVID regulations and capacity restrictions, tickets will be limited and sold in tables of 2, 4 or 6. Tables will be seated separately and spaced at least 6 feet from other tables in our Bella Vista ballrooms. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to purchase a table that corresponds to your group size up to a maximum of 6 people. The ticket packs are by table and not by attendee, so please be sure to purchase with your entire group.
If you would like a group seating of up to 6 but would like to purchase tickets separately or you are a Wine Lovers Club member and want to purchase tickets, please call Casa Larga directly at 585-223-4210 or email Corey at cameele@casalarga.com to make your purchase as the online system will not allow split payments.
Tickets include the food & wine pairings, as well as activities and seminars. Purchases may me made in the Casa Larga Wine shop for an additional charge.

Take Home Ice Wine & Culinary Experience Kit
Interested in the pairing but unable to attend? Purchase our Take Home Ice Wine & Culinary Experience Kit and enjoy from the comfort of your own home!
The at home experience kit is $50 + tax and comes with all 5 courses & 7 samples of wine (5 samples for the pairings and 2 for the ice vs. iced challenge) as well as a tasting and information booklet to help guide you through the pairing.
The at home experience kits can be picked up on Saturday March 6th between 2:00p and 5:00p in the Casa Larga Wine Shop.
COVID-19 Guidelines for Attendees
- All guests older than 2 must wear a face covering at all times when not seated, indoor and outdoors.
- While in the event room, please remain seated at your specified table
- All consumption of food and alcohol must be done while seated
- All guests must follow all posted social distancing guidelines
- If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms, we must ask that you do not attend the Ice Wine & Culinary Experience
Two New Ice Wine Releases
Be the first to try our newest vintages of two of our most popular ice wines, picked in late 2019!
2019 Fiori Vidal Ice Wine: Our Fiori Vidal Ice Wine is a lusciously sweet explosion of honey and apricot aromas and flavors, followed by a long, satisfying finish. Our most popular ice wine, our Fiori Vidal Blanc is one of the most awarded ice wines throughout the country!
Late 2019 Fiori -8 Ice Wine: Our -8 ice wine was released (and named) at our 2015 Ice Wine & Culinary festival! We start with our Fiori Vidal Blanc ice wine and infuse it with locally made neutral grape spirits. Smooth notes of apricot and honey to start are followed by a rich warmth throughout the finish.

Sample 5 different ice wine-inspired (and infused) cuisine created and prepared by RIT Catering Chef de Cuisine Autumn Geer.
1 - Spinach Salad- Baby Spinach, Blue Cheese, Shaved Red Onion, Strawberries and Spiced Pecans finished with Peach Ice Wine Vinaigrette.
2 - Chilled Cucumber and Dill Ice Wine Soup
3 - Caramelized Onion and Bacon Ice Wine Potato Salad
4 - House-made Pastrami Sandwich topped with Swiss cheese, Ice Wine Slaw and finished with an Ice Wine Mustard on Marble Rye. Served with Ice Wine Pickles.

We will be selling tables of 2, 4 and 6 with a limited availability of each based on capacity restrictions. If you are planning on attending with another group, please be sure to purchase a table of the correct size to accommodate your group size up to a maximum of 6 people.
