Please note:
- Booth Fee is $150, your receipt via online payment is your paid invoice.
- New for 2020, a one-hour break for vendors, wineries and others associated with the festival from 1:00-2:00pm
- Event tickets will be sold to the public for either the 10am-1pm slot OR the 2pm-5pm slot
Fee includes:
- Business listing in the event program book
- Listing and link on the Ice Festival event website when Ice Festival link is active on your website.
- (1) 6ft skirted table
- Ice (Ice bin to be provided by Winery/Vendor)
- A Table sign
The New York State Ice Wine and Culinary Festival will be promoted during the months of November and December 2019 and January and February 2020, via print, radio, web and social media. We are requesting that you also promote the festival on your website, email and social media. You will receive social media tips via email.
