A: Yes, a deposit ($500 for corporate and social events, $2,000 for weddings and proms) is due to initiate a contract and reserve the date. A second deposit ($2,000 for weddings and proms) is due six months prior the the event date.
A: Certain room rentals or room minimums may apply. Your events coordinator can walk through specifics with you.
A: Yes. Ceremonies can be held in a variety of locations at our facility depending on the size of your group. We will do the ceremony in addition to the reception. We do not host ceremonies only.
A: The ceremony fee includes chairs, set up, and the time for the rehearsal the day before. You will also get an additional hour of time the day of the event for the ceremony.
A: No, the aisle runner is typically provided by your florist.
A: The menu for an event must be finalized 4 weeks prior to your event. The event coordinator will work with you every step of the way to finalize all of the required details.
A:The final guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event.
A: Yes, if your reception is at Bella Vista you may take pictures near the vineyards. We ask that you be respectful of the vines as we are a full working winery. We reserve this privilege for Brides and Grooms having their receptions at Bella Vista only.
A: Yes, children up to 3 years old are no charge, children 4-10 years old are $5.00 for room and beverage fee. Children’s meals are available starting at $15.00.
A: Yes, winery cork centerpieces on a mirror with candles is included with all of our wedding packages.
A: Yes, the linen, china, glassware and silverware are provided free of charge. There is a charge for chair covers or specialty linens. We will be happy to make arrangements for you - our covers, bows and sashes are competitively priced.
A: We do not, but we will provide a referral list at the time of contract which lists several local hotels within a few miles of Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards.
A: Yes, we will provide a referral list to you at the time of contract. The referral list is a comprehensive list of vendors who have provided consistently great service here at Bella Vista.
A: The Bella Vista team will set up your favors, place cards etc. for your event. Your florist, Band and DJ and other vendors may arrive two hours prior to the event time to set up.
A: We do not charge to set up these basic items.
A: We do not charge a cake cutting fee. You are welcome to bring in your wedding cake from a licensed bakery.
A: Casa Larga does not offer a shuttle service, however many local hotels will shuttle guests to and from Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards. These arrangements need to be made directly with the hotel staff.
A: Casa Larga offers our exclusive catering team for Bella Vista. However, some exceptions are made for specific dietary needs. Please consult your events sales coordinator for details.
A: Yes, we do serve liquor and have a full bar option in our packages. Please inquire with an event manager on the pricing and type of liquors. Click here for more information on our beverage packages.
A: The standard open bar package includes 5 Casa Larga wines, 4 imported and/or domestic beers and bottled soda. Also includes your private room. You may upgrade to full bar service at an additional charge. Please view our beverage selection menu for more details.
