WINERY/VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Please note:
- Booth Fee is $85.00 for vendors and beverage producers, $200 for food trucks. Your receipt via online payment is your paid invoice.
- By completing the application below, you are not guaranteed a spot at the festival. All entries will be reviewed by event staff, and accepted vendors will be notified via email. Once accepted as a vendor you will be provided link to make payment and we will need your signed copy of the Hold Harmless and Policies and Procedure documents.
- Important Update for 2019 Purple Foot. All Vendors must be in the building by 10:00am the day of the Festival. If not, you forfeit your paid booth fee and you will not be able to set up. Last minute arrivals/set ups by Vendors disrupts other vendors and pulls festival staff away from the necessary final festival details to insure the Festival opens on time.
- Bring your lunch/snacks, the wait at food trucks can be longer than the time you have to step away.
Fee includes:
- Business listing on the event map and Festival website
- (1) 6ft skirted table with chair
- Access to Ice
- A table sign
Promotion:
The Casa Larga Purple Foot Festival will be promoted during the months of June, July, August and September 2019 via print, radio and social media. We are requesting that you also promote the festival on your website and your social media channels. You will receive festival logo and Social Media Tips via email.
