Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is a deposit required to secure a specific date? Expand

A: Yes, a deposit ($500 for corporate and social events,  $2,000 for weddings and proms) is due to initiate a contract and reserve the date. A second deposit ($2,000 for weddings and proms) is due six months prior the the event date.

Q: Is there a room rental fee? Expand

A: Certain room rentals or room minimums may apply.  Your events coordinator can walk through specifics with you.

Q: Can Bella Vista accommodate a ceremony at the wedding reception? Expand

A: Yes. Ceremonies can be held in a variety of locations at our facility depending on the size of your group. We will do the ceremony in addition to the reception. We do not host ceremonies only.

Q What does the $1,000.00-$1,200.00 fee for the ceremony include? Expand

A: The ceremony fee includes chairs, set up, and the time for the rehearsal the day before. You will also get an additional hour of time the day of the event for the ceremony.

Q: Does Bella Vista provide the aisle runner for the ceremony? Expand

A: No, the aisle runner is typically provided by your florist.

Q: When do I have to decide what will be on the menu? Expand

A: The menu for an event must be finalized 4 weeks prior to your event. The event coordinator will work with you every step of the way to finalize all of the required details.

Q: When is the final guest count due? Expand

A:The final guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event.

Q: Can we take wedding photos on the grounds? Expand

A: Yes, if your reception is at Bella Vista you may take pictures near the vineyards. We ask that you be respectful of the vines as we are a full working winery. We reserve this privilege for Brides and Grooms having their receptions at Bella Vista only.

Q: Does Bella Vista offer children’s pricing? Expand

A: Yes, children up to 3 years old are no charge, children 4-10 years old are $5.00 for room and beverage fee. Children’s meals are available starting at $15.00.

Q: Does Bella Vista provide any centerpieces? Expand

A: Yes, winery cork centerpieces on a mirror with candles is included with all of our wedding packages.

Q: Does Bella Vista provide the linen? Expand

A: Yes, the linen, china, glassware and silverware are provided free of charge. There is a charge for chair covers or specialty linens. We will be happy to make arrangements for you - our covers, bows and sashes are competitively priced.

Q: Does Bella Vista have any overnight accommodations? Expand

A: We do not, but we will provide a referral list at the time of contract which lists several local hotels within a few miles of Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards.

Q: Does Bella Vista have any recommendations for entertainment or other vendors we may need? Expand

A: Yes, we will provide a referral list to you at the time of contract. The referral list is a comprehensive list of vendors who have provided consistently great service here at Bella Vista.

Q: Can we get in before the event to set up decorations, centerpieces, etc? Expand

A: The Bella Vista team will set up your favors, place cards etc. for your event. Your florist, Band and DJ and other vendors may arrive two hours prior to the event time to set up.

Q: Is there an additional fee for the set up of place cards, favors etc.? Expand

A: We do not charge to set up these basic items.

Q: Does Bella Vista charge a cake cutting fee? Expand

A: We do not charge a cake cutting fee. You are welcome to bring in your wedding cake from a licensed bakery.

Q: Does Bella Vista have a shuttle service? Expand

A: Casa Larga does not offer a shuttle service, however many local hotels will shuttle guests to and from Bella Vista and Casa Larga Vineyards. These arrangements need to be made directly with the hotel staff.

Q: Can we bring our own caterer into Bella Vista? Expand

A: Casa Larga offers our exclusive catering team for Bella Vista. However, some exceptions are made for specific dietary needs. Please consult your events sales coordinator for details.

Q: Does Bella Vista serve liquor? Expand

A: Yes, we do serve liquor and have a full bar option in our packages. Please inquire with an event manager on the pricing and type of liquors. Click here for more information on our beverage packages.

Q: What is included in the open bar package? Expand

A: The standard open bar package includes 5 Casa Larga wines, 4 imported and/or domestic beers and bottled soda. Also includes your private room. You may upgrade to full bar service at an additional charge. Please view our beverage selection menu for more details.
